What makes a restaurant kid-friendly? A number of things. MyKidsPlate.com has uncovered 30 different attributes that families say contribute to the entire dining experience. Sure, a clean or dirty restauant may not disqualify a restaurant as kid-friendly but it does affect the perception of the entire experience and whether you'll come back sooner or later. These are just a few of the things important to parents when taking kids out to eat:

Value - Is there a Kids Eat Free night or are the kid's menu items reasonably priced? Does it include a drink or dessert?

Clean Restaurant & Restrooms - Does this attribute really need any explanation?

Activites for my Kids - I know they are my kids but if you want me to come and spend my money at your restaurant, what are you doing to help me entertain my kids so I can get 5 minutes to eat my meal?

Changing Tables in Both Restrooms - We realize it's still uncommon to see a changing table in the ladies' room much less the mens' room but wouldn't it be nice to go to any restaurant and not have to miss your hot meal because you are out in the car chaging a diaper when the food is served?
