Rafain's in Dallas is always extremely nice to families. There's no waiting for the food and my son always has something to look at. They supply books for children to read, use covered plastic cups with straws, and are careful with the skewers of meat around the kids. It's a real treat.
Specifically our server we ask for makes the restaurant kid-friendly. She remembers our quirks and talks to my kids. She brings us extra napkins from the beginning; we don't even have to ask.
